Lost product
Purchased a bathroom vanity from Hayneedle but bought through Ebay. Also charged through EBAY.
The product was lost in shipping. It was purchased with a special offer from PayPal for zero interest for 24 months. Hayneedle would not replace it in the manner I bought it but instead wants me to repurchase item causing me to lose the finance rate I had with PayPal I have tried to get this taken care of with many calls , long waiting times and misinformation to no avail. Shipment was sent up by Hayneedle to arrive last Friday between 9a and 1pm.
Was told it was at
AGS frieght but had not made the truck. Yesterday Monday, I was told it was lost and the only recourse was to cancel the charge.

Hayneedle is fraud. They are not returning my money what I paid.
After posting my review here that day in half an hours they send me another refund request and in a week I got my whole money back what I paid. But I am not impressed with them and I will never buy anything and never recommend anyone.
I never had this kind of bad experience before.
They are running a business how they are behaving with the customer is not right. I am not happy with them at all.

Horrible customer service and even horrible products. Shop elsewhere.
The customer service seems to read right the computer .No help at all.Purchase a gazebo when the box was deliver there was *** punch in it the box.Check and could not see any damage.Open and found the damage.Called Sun joy Group for replacement parts none where available.
Then called Hay Needle they said they would call China for the parts which was nice if you don't mine waiting 5 weeks for some parts.So after that they would do a exchange and again it would take weeks because you have to ship it back wait for the credit and then reorder it weeks of waiting.

Do not, I repeat do not buy from them ! bought a 1800.00 hutch set, paid 150.00 "through Hayneedle" for white glove delivery, a few days after puchase Hayneedly sent me an email with a link to AGS to schedule my appointment which was for 8/24/18 1p-5p, that morning I disconnected all my electronics and moved the current cabinet, AGS never came, never called, I contacted AGS and all they would say is it's in transit, I called Hayneedle Friday evening, Lead Emily says they are closed, I will get with them on Monday 8/27 and call you with a status, she never called !
that evening I called Hayneedle and requested an actual supervisor this time "Brandon" same story he will call me the next day "today" which he did, still no delivery date available then the bomb was dropped,. he says also there is no white glove delivery in your area, I lost it and advised him to cancel the order and refund my money, I'm disabled so white glove was the only option for me, Never in my 58 years have I deaelt with a company this bad !

AMAZING SIZE AMAZING PEOPLE
usually you want to try the web site and the team behind but nothing from this side ....very disappoint ....I called and they kept me in hold for 20 minutes and that the assistant manager was very rude and she has no idea about delivery / shipping or anything else then why you are working there ...

Hayneedle did not contact me. They sent the package from California to New York City then all the way back to Nevada.
I asked for a refund as the package was not delivered to me and they refused. I involved MasterCard, disputed the charge and received a permanent credit.
Hayneedle is out of control and corrupt in my experience. Refusing to rwfundy me neu when they sent the package all over the US from coast to coast and back.

Beware Hayneedle.com.
Hayneedle’s checkout site confusing and costly. Had to call customer support three times.
Finally gave up and cancelled order. Biggest pain was that the company dinged my credit card twice with pending charges. These pending charges maxed out my card so that I could not use it elsewhere. 4 days later the pending charges are still on my card.
Didn’t get my product. Can’t use my money. I’m still waiting for the charges to come off. I enjoy shopping online and have no problems with EBay, Amazon or other online companies.
Plenty of of options out there.
Hayneedle lost my business and the business of my family and friends. So beware if you shop Hayneedle.

The Benches I ordered
During the Christmas holidays I ordered two wooden benches from HAYNEEDLE, AN ONLINE RETAILER from Omaha, Nebraska. The attached photos tell a better story than I can.
THE BENCHES LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE SITTING IN THE BACK OF A WAREHOUSE SOMEWHERE, WAITING FOR AN IDIOT LIKE ME TO ORDER THEM. I wrote to the HAYNEEDLE CEO, SCOTT DOUGHMAN AND SURPRISE, NO RESPONSE. I even wrote to the Nebraska Better Business Bureau and they advise me to try settle my dispute with the company.
Duhhhhh......if I could do that there would be no need to contact the BBB. PLEASE JOIN ME IN BOYCOTTING HAYNEEDLE, THEY DO NOT DESERVE OUR BUSINESS.

Suspect fraud charge
I placed an order from Hayneedle via Google express in Monday morning, about 2-3 hours later I called google express and Hayneedle person to cancel this order. Hayneedle person cancelled my order and then THEY USE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION PLACE A NEW ORDER (SAME STUFF) TO ME WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZE!
Until after they shipped I just know what was happened. I called Hayneedle several times they said I have to pay return shipping fee (split bill with them) if I want to return, this item is about 70Ib, who knows how many shipping fee. They also told me I can't refuse to receive the package, because if Fedex loss package they still bill me!!!! Finally I talked with their supervisor, he said he will inform Fedex do not deliver to me, but they still charge me and then refund.
So weird! I reported to my credit card company, google express. I will refuse to receive the package.
My credit card company closed my account soon.
This is worst experience happened in my life. NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY FROM HAYNEEDLE.
