Hayneedle - Terrible customer service
Ordered a storage ottoman, when it didn't arrive on time called customer service. Initially said they couldn't find out why it hadn't arrived yet and then finally said it would arrive 1 well late. When it finally came it didn't fit well where we wanted it to so I asked to return. Hayneedle said they would only reimburse half of what I paid for it to ship it back.

Hayneedle - Damaged shipment X 2
I ordered a heavy duty wagon. First order took about a month to arrive. It was damaged. Second order took even longer. It too was damaged. Decided on a refund. Was told it would take about a month to get money back that they have had for around 3 months already. Was told there would be no promise of expediting the refund. TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABL!!
