Purchased a bathroom vanity from Hayneedle but bought through Ebay. Also charged through EBAY.

The product was lost in shipping. It was purchased with a special offer from PayPal for zero interest for 24 months. Hayneedle would not replace it in the manner I bought it but instead wants me to repurchase item causing me to lose the finance rate I had with PayPal I have tried to get this taken care of with many calls , long waiting times and misinformation to no avail. Shipment was sent up by Hayneedle to arrive last Friday between 9a and 1pm.

Was told it was at

AGS frieght but had not made the truck. Yesterday Monday, I was told it was lost and the only recourse was to cancel the charge.

After posting my review here that day in half an hours they send me another refund request and in a week I got my whole money back what I paid. But I am not impressed with them and I will never buy anything and never recommend anyone.

I never had this kind of bad experience before.

They are running a business how they are behaving with the customer is not right. I am not happy with them at all.

I have ordered one desk and chair set for my daughter and I paid $211.36 when the product arrived it was damaged. The table"s main part was damaged we contacted them and they told they can give a discount. I told I can not give more than $50. They told return our product, we returned the product and expecting our money back. But from their customer care, they are returning only $94.44 plus tax. Can you imagine that? I have all the emails of order confirmation and credit card bills and I return that product by FedEx that FedEx receipt also I have. I contacted their customer care again and I told I paid more than that, they replied return our product. But I already return that and I checked FedEx tracking and it's already delivered to them. So I again mail them with all the details but their answer is still same, we returning only $94.44 plus tax. But I paid $211.36 I feel like Hayneedle is Big Scammer. If I would have known before I never ordered anything from them.

Worst delivery

More than 4 hours late. Evening ruined. The delivery range was between 1~5pm, and so far, there's still no sign of the driver. Shame on Hayneedle for using EFW as a delivery service. You just lost a customer through your terrible partner choice. terrible .... terrible ..... {{Redacted}} Please stop using EFW. It is hurting your business.

Product was misrepresented on site...Called for pickup and was issued FedEx return labels with one address and in email, was told to take the heavy, over-sized boxes to local (which we don't have) FedEx shipping office, as was given a different address...They never responded to my email request for address clarification, but FedEx somehow knew to pick up at my house the next day...FedEx says I should have gotten pick up number when called to pick up, but I never called. They somehow knew to come...and even though no label on, they picked up anyway. Hayneedle customer service different every email and when they seldom follow up, have obviously not read the email thread of the issue...I keep going in crazy circles! Over $1300 was charged to my credit card...They say product not received back, yet my security camera shows FedEx truck/man getting it. I guess it's still riding around on the truck looking for a home...Have asked for credit and given several different excuses. Still no refund!!!!!

The customer service seems to read right the computer .No help at all.Purchase a gazebo when the box was deliver there was *** punch in it the box.Check and could not see any damage.Open and found the damage.Called Sun joy Group for replacement parts none where available.

Then called Hay Needle they said they would call China for the parts which was nice if you don't mine waiting 5 weeks for some parts.So after that they would do a exchange and again it would take weeks because you have to ship it back wait for the credit and then reorder it weeks of waiting.

Very Bad Experience

We ordered outdoor furniture from Hayneedle. We paid for "white glove" service expecting, as they advertised, that everything would be set up. This bogus service costs an additional $150. The furniture arrived and they had no record of our paying for set up. We showed them the receipt but they refused and dumped the boxes outside. Hayneedle eventually refunded the white glove fee. The furniture arrived damaged. Hayneedle's customer service is argumentative, belligerent and difficult. We would never consider ordering from them again. Consumers should thoroughly investigate doing business with this company before ordering. Low quality products for outdoor furniture and terrible customer service.

Hayneedle is the worst company that has ever existed. I'm going to make it very brief but beware DON'T EVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THEM. I purchased yesterday 8 items, as a first time user, and the the amount totalled to $2209. My debit card was charged for $2209 and I thought that's it. This morning I wake up and I start seeing charges on my account for 3 of those items again but this as 3 separate charges. I called hayneedle customer service and I asked them what is going on. So this is where they explained to me that first they hold $2209 (which came out of my account already the day before) and as each item gets shipped I am charged for that item and they release the money that they took yesterday with 4 business days, but they only release the money for items that got shipped. So pretty much in order for me to buy from them I would have needed in my account $4418, luckily I have the money so I didn't go in overdraft but this is the most ridiculous policy that I have ever seen. I buy online all the time and this is the first time that something like this happened to me. WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD, I WANT PEOPLE TO BE AWARE ABOUT THIS POLICY. I KNOW I AM NEVER GOING TO BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. I WILL POST MY REVIEW ON EVERY POSSIBLE WEBSITE AFFILIATED WITH HAYNEEDLE. SCREW THEM ALL!!!

Do not, I repeat do not buy from them ! bought a 1800.00 hutch set, paid 150.00 "through Hayneedle" for white glove delivery, a few days after puchase Hayneedly sent me an email with a link to AGS to schedule my appointment which was for 8/24/18 1p-5p, that morning I disconnected all my electronics and moved the current cabinet, AGS never came, never called, I contacted AGS and all they would say is it's in transit, I called Hayneedle Friday evening, Lead Emily says they are closed, I will get with them on Monday 8/27 and call you with a status, she never called !

that evening I called Hayneedle and requested an actual supervisor this time "Brandon" same story he will call me the next day "today" which he did, still no delivery date available then the bomb was dropped,. he says also there is no white glove delivery in your area, I lost it and advised him to cancel the order and refund my money, I'm disabled so white glove was the only option for me, Never in my 58 years have I deaelt with a company this bad !

We ordered an outdoor dining set on Saturday. Used my name on the shipping address, but we decided to put it on my husband's credit card. Billing address is the same as the shipping address...only difference was my name versus his name, and we have the same last name since we're married. They canceled our order saying it was for our own protection to make sure it wasn't a fake order. They charged our credit card over $900 so clearly had no problems doing that. They asked for a phone number when we ordered, yet nobody could be bothered to call us to verify. Instead they just canceled our order. They then said we had to re-order which would delay delivery for a full week. Why? We didn't make the mistake. They did. Their incompetence is not our problem, nor should we have had to pay the price for that. And there was no offer to make it right or to get it delivered when we needed it delivered. I made them cancel the order and will never order another thing from them again. Ever.

Hayneedle did not contact me. They sent the package from California to New York City then all the way back to Nevada.

I asked for a refund as the package was not delivered to me and they refused. I involved MasterCard, disputed the charge and received a permanent credit.

Hayneedle is out of control and corrupt in my experience. Refusing to rwfundy me neu when they sent the package all over the US from coast to coast and back.

Ordered a hose reel. Shipped from California. Instead of sending it to Las Vegas Nevada it went to Arizona, then New Mexico and latest Texas. Called Hayneedle asked for cancel and refund because it was obviously lost. They refused to cancel order, rudely talked over me and then hung up in me. Had to call MasterCard to dispute charge. Will update this review when I get my credit thru MasterCard. I'm expecting further problems from them before this is over. They are a complete disaster. Avoid Hayneedle at all cost.

Cracked Rocks

I purchased 13 bags of Caribbean Rocks each one weighed 30 lbs. Most of them all cracked. They were used as a border around the edge of the lawn. No one walked on them. I could not return them because it was passed the 30 day return policy and besides that, it would not have been practical to ship 390 lbs of rocks back to them. It would have cost me more than I paid for them. They refunded me a total of $5.42. I am a senior citizen on disability & had to hire someone to do this project which only escalated the cost. I think other consumers should be made aware of the problems with this product. DO NOT BUY IT!

Hayneedle’s checkout site confusing and costly. Had to call customer support three times.

Finally gave up and cancelled order. Biggest pain was that the company dinged my credit card twice with pending charges. These pending charges maxed out my card so that I could not use it elsewhere. 4 days later the pending charges are still on my card.

Didn’t get my product. Can’t use my money. I’m still waiting for the charges to come off. I enjoy shopping online and have no problems with EBay, Amazon or other online companies.

Plenty of of options out there.

Hayneedle lost my business and the business of my family and friends. So beware if you shop Hayneedle.

During the Christmas holidays I ordered two wooden benches from HAYNEEDLE, AN ONLINE RETAILER from Omaha, Nebraska. The attached photos tell a better story than I can.

THE BENCHES LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE SITTING IN THE BACK OF A WAREHOUSE SOMEWHERE, WAITING FOR AN IDIOT LIKE ME TO ORDER THEM. I wrote to the HAYNEEDLE CEO, SCOTT DOUGHMAN AND SURPRISE, NO RESPONSE. I even wrote to the Nebraska Better Business Bureau and they advise me to try settle my dispute with the company.

Duhhhhh......if I could do that there would be no need to contact the BBB. PLEASE JOIN ME IN BOYCOTTING HAYNEEDLE, THEY DO NOT DESERVE OUR BUSINESS.

Suspect fraud charge

I placed an order from Hayneedle via Google express in Monday morning, about 2-3 hours later I called google express and Hayneedle person to cancel this order. Hayneedle person cancelled my order and then THEY USE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION PLACE A NEW ORDER (SAME STUFF) TO ME WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZE!

Until after they shipped I just know what was happened. I called Hayneedle several times they said I have to pay return shipping fee (split bill with them) if I want to return, this item is about 70Ib, who knows how many shipping fee. They also told me I can't refuse to receive the package, because if Fedex loss package they still bill me!!!! Finally I talked with their supervisor, he said he will inform Fedex do not deliver to me, but they still charge me and then refund.

So weird! I reported to my credit card company, google express. I will refuse to receive the package.

My credit card company closed my account soon.

This is worst experience happened in my life. NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY FROM HAYNEEDLE.
