Very poor return experience.

My husband ordered a table on line on April 16th using my debit card. The very next day my card was used twice for purchases of just under $200 each in Marietta, Ga.
I am in Illinois and had not used my card for ANY purchases in weeks. Haywire is based in Georgia. My bank recognized the fraud and cancelled my card, yet someone attempted to use my card again later the same day.
This has completely disgusted me and we will not being ordering from Haywire ever again.
No response yet from Haywire. Tried calling and was put on hold and tried sending a message thru their website and of course it didnt go thru,

hayneedle.com has reached out to me with an acceptable solution. They indicated they will reroute shipment once I have fedex number.
Followed up in 1 hour exactly, was told "already processed" may not be able to cancel. Contacted via email, was told they can't guarantee cancelation since it was in fulfillment center. Everyone I contacted there response was, we can't guarantee cancellation or it has already shipped. Placed order on a Tuesday, the order receipt said it would ship Thursday.
It's almost like they sped up shipping since they knew I wanted to cancel.
If you want fast shipment tell them to cancel order. STAY AWAY!

Deceitful
Hayneedle is now owned by Walmart. Recently I ordered a large rug online through Walmart shipped from Hayneedle.
Before I ordered I called H to see if it could be returned to a WM store. They assured me that if the order was processed through WM, which it was, it was returnable to WM. I did decide to return the rug but all the accompanying paperwork indicated that it was only returnable to H. I called customer service and they refused to let me return to a WM store and said I would be responsible for the FedEX return.
They also stated that there was no "accompanying note" regarding my inquiry. Please don't call me a liar when I know you are. Now, a day later, I attempted to download the return label and they are down for "system maintenance" and I cannot print it out.
I have also contacted WM but I highly doubt they will do anything to rectify this. Please don't trust this company!
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution

Bad customer service
Ordered a pair of out door curtains, paid and waited and waited for the order to arrive. Each one arrived in a different package and one had cream strip and the other had bright white stripe.
Never even opened the bag - called customer service and told 30 minute wait so I got comfortable, after 20 minutes they hung up on me. Left a message through the return notice service and never heard anything back. But to return you have to pay to ship back. So they made a mistake and I paid for it.
Its back in the mail and waiting on my credit!!!
But found the same thing at Amazon, quicker shipping, and cheaper price. My first and last try with Hayneedle and they don't seem to care.

Purchased a dog house that was very small for a large size, my dog won't go inside and its very tight for her and she is only 5months old. A few days later I wanted to return it and was told it was free of charge , only to receive an e mail saying they will charge me $40.
thats crazy... don't buy from them , go to petsmart! they have great customer service. I would have NEVER bought from them if I had any idea the charge to return.
Customer service rep on the phone was very rude and not helpful. Her attitude was basically , oh well you bought it and thats our policy. In todays world, where customer service is everything as buying online provides you so many resources, that is the wrong attitude to have. I have a new puppy..
i planned on buying from them but never again! rip off
