Ordered hot tub 7 weeks ago and still not here! Ordered "room of choice" delivery option but the tub was shipped via a carrier that does not offer this option.

Also Hayneedle called me about 8 times in a 48 hour period stating somehow they did not capture payment and I had to go back online and re-place the order - seriously??

I replaced order but still have not received my purchase nor have I received an update on the resolution of the delivery issue. I will never order anything from this website that I cannot carry into my house myself!

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Whole process.
