Hayneedle is now owned by Walmart. Recently I ordered a large rug online through Walmart shipped from Hayneedle.
Before I ordered I called H to see if it could be returned to a WM store. They assured me that if the order was processed through WM, which it was, it was returnable to WM. I did decide to return the rug but all the accompanying paperwork indicated that it was only returnable to H. I called customer service and they refused to let me return to a WM store and said I would be responsible for the FedEX return.
They also stated that there was no "accompanying note" regarding my inquiry. Please don't call me a liar when I know you are. Now, a day later, I attempted to download the return label and they are down for "system maintenance" and I cannot print it out.
I have also contacted WM but I highly doubt they will do anything to rectify this. Please don't trust this company!
