Ordered an item and paid for expedited shipping. Did not arrive as promised.
Customer Service indicates they can only estimate shipping. They cannot commit to a date. DO NOT buy from here if timeliness is a factor. Cannot provide specifics, just lots on non-answers.
Tried to blame FedEx, their third party provider, anyone but themselves. They clearly need better service level agreements with providers and better shipping contracts. Other companies seem to be able to stand by shipping estimates, why not them? They also let me purchase an item and after payment informed me it was back ordered .
Seems they also sell things they do not have in stock.
That message should appear before payment is made. Looks like they have an opportunity to improve their inventory control system also.

The most disappointing about hayneedle shipping service at Hayneedle was delivery delay, charging my account for an unavailable item and false advertising Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
