Purchased a bathroom vanity from Hayneedle but bought through Ebay. Also charged through EBAY.
The product was lost in shipping. It was purchased with a special offer from PayPal for zero interest for 24 months. Hayneedle would not replace it in the manner I bought it but instead wants me to repurchase item causing me to lose the finance rate I had with PayPal I have tried to get this taken care of with many calls , long waiting times and misinformation to no avail. Shipment was sent up by Hayneedle to arrive last Friday between 9a and 1pm.
Was told it was at
AGS frieght but had not made the truck. Yesterday Monday, I was told it was lost and the only recourse was to cancel the charge.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $629.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
