We purchased dining table with chairs and bench. It is an expandable set.
When opened the expansion part the piece of expansion is already broken, and it doesn't work.
We didn't use the or opened the bench for some months, and now we started using since last 6 months, with in 6 months of usage the bench leg broke and made me fall down, I'm glad it didn't break any of my body parts..
I tried contacting customer support multiple times, the phone rings, but call never gets connected.
It is such a horrible service and quality of the product. Never trust this retailer.

Broken furniture
I ordered 6 chairs two are now broken havent had them greater than 3 months. No one to get in contact with response to contact person goes to WALMART!!! And the phone number is disconnected.

Ordered a few of these barrels. Received an e-mail with an estimated delivery timeline.
Delivery timeline came and went. I logged in to the account to check on things. See a notice that delivery was completed. I then pull up the tracking number and see no entries except paperwork being sent to the shipper.
No activity in a week. I end up e-mailing customer support and receive a reply to the effect of "looks like it's lost, oh well, here's a refund"
I couldn't have the courtesy of being informed they never intended to deliver the product or they had stock issues. I had to go through their website, read conflicting delivery information and reach out to be informed that I had been wasting my time for weeks waiting for delivery to be completed when they had no intention of delivery or notifying me about the purchase. If they were courteous or organized I could have ordered barrels from another supplier and received my items by now.
Now I'm out several weeks of my time for nothing.
When I tried to post the above review to their website they would not let it be published.
They won't allow valid criticism to show on their platform. Awful.

Not happy with purchase
I ordered a 45 inch round table that for some reason comes already put together. I tried 4 different doors at my house and it will not fit in any door.
Who made the decision to ship these tables already put together?
I now have to take apart the entire table and put it back together just to get it in the basement of my house where I wanted to table to go. I am regretting my purchase and wish I just went to a local furniture store

I needed to return something. They gave me bad advice on return shipping, then promised a refund, then said they wouldn't refund.
You never hear from the same customer rep twice. Each one says something different.
