For just under $400, including tax, we received a clearly used, re-packaged item, with bent and missing parts. I replied to their customer service email which bounced, so I started an online return and the order is picked up via a query, however when clicking "Continue" to request the refund--and nothing happens (on Chrome, IE, and Bing). Spent 27 minutes hearing "All Customer Advocates are currently assisting other customer..."--before the call just dropped (so I'm guessing I'm not alone in being dissatisfied with Hayneedle). On my second try now as I write this.

Purchased 2 Coral Coast all weather chaise lounge set. After under 3 years they have completely disintegrated. I called customer service and they told me they dont carry that product anymore, and could not do anything for me. The price was $394.03. This company does not care about repeat business, or their customers. THEY JUST KEEP SELLING JUNK AND RIPPING OFF THEIR CUSTOMERS. Beware

Slow shipping

It's just wind chimes! But I figure an 8 day hold on credit.....is kinda like waiting for good things! In the end.....it will be worth it! So not really upset, just waiting.

Inferior products

Ordered 2 Coral Coast all weather wicker chaise lounges October 2018. After 2 years lightly used they are completely disintegrated.I figured they would last more than2 years. Contacted Hayneedle, and they dont stand behind their products. I dont recommend buying any of their products, as they probably ship to you direct from China.

Need a replacement part

Mailed replacement doors to my old address and would not send to new address. Customer service claimed they couldn't change the address since original item was sent to my old address where I no longer lived.

Won't stand behind defective/incorrect parts sent for products they sold

They have not even reached out to me too resolve this issue. Obviously, they don't care. They already got paid for their defective product.

I bought a couple of Belham Living Garden Grove 7 ft Metal Arbors over a year ago but I sold my house and ended up not opening the delivered boxes as I wanted them for my new house anyway. I just opened the two boxes and one had the right parts and the other one did not have the right support columns. And the instructions that came with it are extremely unclear as you could not tell from the pictures how you are supposed to connect everything and in what direction or what side...basically it was a trial and error kind of thing. I called customer service and basically told me too bad and that they won't do anything about it as it was over a year now. I explained that I was not looking for a refund, I just needed the right parts (the two correct columns/posts. Otherwise, it will not have the right support and I could not connect the other parts to give it stability. Again, with the "I'm sorry, we cannot do anything about it - everything comes from China and we can't get you the parts as your order is older than a year!" Lesson: Open all your boxes, check all the parts, check the instructions...and most of all...DO NOT TRUST HAYNEEDLE - order from someone else. They have higher prices than other vendors anyway!

replace the incorrect posts for the Arbor I purchased as the ones they sent won't work or connect with the other parts!!!

Poor customer service

Phone not answered after more than 35 min. Phoned 3 times same no response. Will never use again.
