I received a headboard that was faulty and this was hidden in all of the pictures hayneedle had on its site with carefully placed tables etc. I was lied to on several levels of trying to get this returned even though I had pictures and told I would have to PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING and TAKE IT TO FEDEX MYSELF. Because getting a gigantic headboard to FedEx is easy breezy? I could have FedEx pic up from my door for over $100 in shipping!!! How is this decent customer service when their furniture is faulty. Its not like I didnt like the color or decided I didnt want a headboard and thats why Im returning it. If youre reading this, DO NOT order from them on the chance you may need to return or exchange it, it will be a nightmare you will regret and it will cost you more money.

User's recommendation: Wayfair is better.

To buy product the order #MEGG104 in black finish but the email won't submit

Shipment

I placed an order several weeks ago was told it was being shipped that week. It also said the item was in stock when I ordered it now I get a message that its back ordered and I still havent received it its telling me Im supposed to get it today but then when I look it up it says it hasnt been shipped????? I try to call customer service 3 oclock on a Friday afternoon and they are closed. I realize there is a pandemic but at least one person could be there answering the phones to give me information, or working from home to take care of customers. So I would like to say the customer service SUCKS

Missing part of order and wont give me a credit for order because I need to return it

I ordered two Sierra Brown benches only received one in Driftwood color, asked where the other one was, they said they shipped it, tracking shows one, and they say I have to return both in order to get a credit, how is that going to happen I only have one., they should figure out where the other one is, I asked for tracking, and they don't give it to me, do you know why because it doesn't exist, these people are not very bright, three emails later and three different people, and they are telling me I ordered the wrong color, I sent hem the order with a picture and it says 1 of 1 package, really anyone could see they messed up, but they don't care, horrible stay away.
