HayNeedle - Damaged shipment X 2
I ordered a heavy duty wagon. First order took about a month to arrive. It was damaged. Second order took even longer. It too was damaged. Decided on a refund. Was told it would take about a month to get money back that they have had for around 3 months already. Was told there would be no promise of expediting the refund. TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABL!!

Purchase arrived poorly packaged and broken. Tried calling only to get a busy signal. Returns are a nightmare and customer service not provided. The worst!!
