I bought a wooden table and chairs for my granddaughter for Christmas. On Christmas Eve we opened the box the table came in and it was damaged.
I contacted Hayneedle to return and replace the table. They offered me 50% off the damaged or a complete return and replacement. I requested the replacement because the table could not be repaired. I received the replacement 2 days later and was told that the cost to return was too much so I could keep the damaged table at no cost.
The damaged table is usable, and I will donate. Customer Service were so courteous and helpful.
